Maybe instead of typjng you should, idk, play the game? If someone is harassing you, it's best to just ignore them or mute them. I know it's hard, I had my main account banned but I still struggle sometimes. I've definitely improved but there are times I slip up and call someone "actually retarded" or something else. I always feel like shit afterwards, too.

When you reply to someone being toxic, you're just as liable to be punished as well because you aren't playing and instead focusing on defending yourself.
