That pretty much sums up what I think of league currently. I want to say it started feeling this way more and more ever since the new match making system was implimentend or somewhere in the last season.

Part of this feeling is coming from the current state of the game but personally I feel most has been coming from their match making. Riot made a post talking about match making and the system they have in place to make it fair but those words dont translate to what it seems like in game.

This season still feels like last where I'm grinding out for the season reward.

Riot needs to get their shit together because they think this isnt a problem but I dont think thats true nor does the majority of the bigger names in league either.

And if they do come to same conclusion then I dont want to wait until next season. Because this season feels like it either make or break for me in wanting to continue playing league or not.

One team mate can solo win you the game. I can't even count how many times everyone was getting thrashed and one person person on my team has solo carried us to victory. Or on the other side how many times one solo player on the enemy team has just wrecked my whole team and carried a trash team to victory denying me a sure win.

one teammate can solo win you a game, and one teammate can solo lose you a game.

It really depends on how bad or how good someone is. If MMR works 100% accurately, this shouldn't happen because no player should be that much better or worse than the other players in a game.

But, it doesn't work like that in flex or in normal games.

Master Yi solo lost this game. This was on march 11th.

I solo carried this game. This was on march 12th.

Those were both games just this week.

So, this should just encourage you, truth be told riot is on the verge, of making a whole new system. To one where skill level matters. As for that norms wouldn’t exist but then again ranked isn’t using any use.

i've been saying this since season 6

they shifted the power from the best player in the game to the worst player in the game in the form of "anti snowball changes" that really just turned the games into giant snowballs where everyone picks on that one player

this isn't counting games where people are smurfing a massive aoe damage hard carry and say "luk at me i can solo carry ur wrong"
