HOW TO FIX RANKED

Please keep an open mind for this. Id love to see ranked scores given out individually OR with a combination of both individual achievement in a match as well as team play. Far too often a game gets blown up by 1 single player who is having a bad game ( or bad day and keeps playing ) and decides to troll or feed the match out of reach of a victory. These actions happen often where a great individual effort gets unrewarded. I would also love to see an adjustment to the ranked champ select options. It happens regularly that someone is either playing a champ they just got in a ranked game with little experience how to use them. Or someone only plays a single role and cannot support the team if drafted to a different position. Id suggest only allowing champs that have been used in a minimum of normal matches say 20 to allow for training if you will, so when playing ranked they will be appropriately skilled with combos and builds for their champ thus preventing any snowballing from unskilled players trying someone new. As well as only allowing players who have shown a willingness in normal ques to play different roles and improve their individual skills for a better experience and support for the team regardless of position. Just my thoughts.
