The lack of resistances is pretty meaningful. A naked shield hardly matters

Imagine actually pressing tab as an assassin and looking at builds before going in for the brainless 1 for 1. Imagine adc players actually getting good defensive options I exchange for some of their damage. (PD by far worst for damage now out of all zeal items) imagine being an assassin player and complaining that adc's now get to build against dying in 0.1 seconds with an item that doesn't complete fuck over their build path.

It's not like this will save an ADC from dying to cc in team fights or being out of position, just helps when an assassin dives into your team 1v5 trying to kill you.

Yeah I agree it's real dumb. I liked it having the best attack speed in class and small resistance that was based off of fighting an opponent because it singled itself out as this single target physical damage item that was better suited for skirmishes or splitting.

People didn't like having the resistance be based off of hitting a target because it meant assassins could one shot you from FoW but that's kinda the point of the champion class. Maybe if you're pushing up without proper vision, the death is kinda your fault.

Tbh I kinda miss the stat stick PD. Rip double red swords.
