I just got perma ban after being told to kill myself multiple times in the game all I did was let them open mid. keep in mind the game was 19 to 2 for the enemy team at 8min in the game.

You threw the game and they reported you. The system caught the report, they saw you open mid and threw the game you got banned.
That’s like driving 100 mph on the freeway and getting no pulled over for breaking the rules and then turning around and blaming someone else for you getting a ticket for going 100 mph.
