An easy way to gain better upper body muscle

Is to do 10 pushups after every game. Start doing this 2 months ago, and its amazing how much doing as little as 10 pushups after every game can do. It also gives u something to do waiting in queue , rather than just sitting there!

Fair enough, but what about lower body? Lower body muscle is more helpful than upper body muscle in most every daily task.

I highly doubt a measly 10 pushups will counterbalance the act of sitting doing nothing for 30+ minutes. You'd have to play like 50 games a day to see any results.
