Shitty Servers

Is it fair that I get a mute ban cause my kha bitched an cried that our trynd didnt call jg so he apparently has a right to come mid and leech xp form me and int my laner 2 free kill and then trynd ints him 2 free kills as well and neither of them think that they should at least try to help me mid and give me some sort of help for making me fall that far behind. So the only logical explanation is that I deserve a 25 game mute ban for getting trolled and not getting 1 gank where as the enemy vel koz got ganks even when he was winning lane.... To top it all off the serves go down 24 hrs later while I'm in the middle of a game as Zed vs Veigar mid and I swear to god if i get perma banned for riot shutting their servers off and punishing me for that shit too I'm going to just make accounts to troll people because this game went from being fun in S3 to complete DOG SHIT this year. Shit makes no sense that I try and help ppl and they trol me and I constantly get fucked for it EVERYTIME. gay ass game better not perma ban me for riot fucking up their shit. Any thoughts?
