Visionary (Inspiration)
- The objectives and camps on your scoreboard have an additional section marked with the keystone's symbol. Pinging this symbol reveals that area to your team for 2 seconds. This effect has a 300-second cooldown.
- Whenever you score a takedown (kill or assist), reduce this keystone's cooldown and your trinket cooldown by 10%.
- Whenever an enemy leaves your vision range or the vision range of a ward you have placed, you gain obscured vision of that enemy for 1 second.
This keystone is designed to help players who have vision control as a priority, allowing them to track their enemy's movements more effectively, place more wards, and check objectives from afar.
The main ability is on a cooldown similar to a summoner spell, but gives you the powerful ability to reveal a large area of the map for a short time. If you need to know if the enemy is on Baron or Dragon, you can simply know. If you want to see if the enemy's buff camp is up, you can show that to your jungler to see if they want to invade.
Passively, revealing enemies as they leave your vision for a moment with obscured vision (essentially, the red outline you get from Sweeper Lenses), lets you see where an enemy jungler is heading after they leave your lane, predict skillshots on enemies who are dancing on the edge of your vision, or see enemies moving through bushes.
Tying a reduced ward cooldown to kills means that you are still required to engage enemies to have more wards, so it doesn't slow down the game.
This keystone would likely be best on supports, but any player who likes vision control could use it to great effect. Immobile mages who need to keep their river warded to watch for ganks would get value out of this rune.
