Server transfer + preseason

Hey guys, first of all, english is not my main language so i must apologize in advance if i write some crazy stuff.

This is probably a silly question but ¿how much time would take until the Server transfer come up again?, also, if i for example raise up my account to platinum would i keep that mmr for the next season and if thats the case would i keep it when i transfer my account to the new server?

Also, do you guys think server transfer would get a discount when they it back?
