Bronze is an inescapable hot mess.

there is just no way to win this garbage, half the games i start, the scoreboard is like 0/10 5 minutes in, junglers never gank (on my team) nobody notices my missing pings, nobody notices on my way pings for roams, nobody wards drag or baron, our jungler is clearing jungle while we're getting 5 man pushed in mid lane, bot lane literally killing creeps when i engage for the gank, top lane continually trying to fight their 4/0 opponent.

am i missing something important here? It would be nice for the ranking system to take into account your own skill and not base your rank on the 4 other people you're stuck with.

and none of that LOL GIT GUD SOLO CARRY nonsense, we all know thats bullshit, I've been 4/0 by 8 minutes and it never stops my team from feeding.

If you can’t get out of bronze, it is because you aren’t good enough yet.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that is simply how you get out of Bronze and low silver lol. You simply need to take over the game.

I stopped playing ranked for OP's exact reasons. I had a glimmer of hope when I reached Bronze IV then quit when I was put back into Bronze V with 0 LP. I don't plan on playing ranked again.

It sounds like par for the course.

And the answer will continue to be the one you don't want to hear, because you don't know what depression is until you've carried a 0/35/0 Draven feeding down mid lane with teammates thanking you for the carry and lost that game in which you played so well that you were graded S+ and come to the realization that: you are still in Bronze after 300 games...

The true test of Bronze is: can you endure pointless crushing defeats without mentally imploding.

And yes, it's true and you don't want to hear it: If you can't get out of Bronze it's because you aren't good enough yet. Practically anyone can be 4/0 by eight minutes in a Bronze game. Think about that. Players make so many mistakes that they can easily feed four kills in eight minutes and make you feel like you are vastly superior when you might still be just a second rate chump catching a lucky break.

So the answer is: you have to get gud, and what we mean by that is that your worst games have to meet a minimum standard of excellence. It does not matter what your best games look like.

Then you have to play enough games without mentally breaking like a Rimworld colonist with a dingy room debuff.

I guess what I'm really trying to figure out is how do you turn around a bad situation? I can't expect to win lane EVERY game, league is a huge game, and I think it's perfectly normal to run up against people who are better at the game than you. but how do you turn it around on them? if you can win lane and lose game, how do you lose lane and win game? how do you deal with a HUGE carry on the enemy team that everyone insists on fighting every time they see them? how do you deal with teammates who dont ward? you're limited to 3 wards at a time+ctrl ward, you can't ward EVERYTHING on your own (bring back muh sightstone rito)

Always you’re team.... I know man we all feel the same way. I’m high diamond low master skill level, but can’t get out of G4... ridiculous ladder system.
