Getting 3 refund tokens on an old account

This account was created in early Season 2 before refund tokens existed, and I haven't touched it since Season 2 until now when I logged in, but I have 0 refund tokens even though I never used any tokens to refund anything (how could I if they didn't even exist back then). Can Riot give me my 3 refund tokens that I should have gotten?

Maybe you can get someone to help you, I think it's only fair that you get your refund tokens but unfortunately nobody on the boards has the authority to give you them. Good luck!
