I dont want to play ranked because I just cant rely on anyone I get on my team not to feed or not to troll or just dont want to listen. That leaves me with only having normals to play yet people just troll and feed and not listen and just want to 1 v 5 and there excuse is ow its only a normal game! They is why I wont play ranked because you cant get to improve your game play in normal if people just do what they want and think "ow its normals, so why sould I play properly"

To be blunt, maybe the problem is that you're trying to control everyone else? You complain they don't listen, but did you ever consider that they aren't obligated to listen to you? They're allowed to make their own decisions and sometimes you may disagree. If you don't like that, I recommend going to a single player game.
