Has riot increased the sensitivity of getting chat restricted

Seems like riot is stepping up their game.

Recently got Chat restricted for flaming... I've never gotten Chat restricted before and this game i was kinda mild (at least what I thought) against my teammate (Leblanc). In my whole 5 years of playing i never knew u could get chat restricted for simply flaming.
