they are fine, however the champions associated with them are not really my taste. It's my opinion; I think the skins are amazing but I wish there was more since lux is last ultimate skin we have gotten which was released in 2016

As a Sona main, DJ Sona is actually one of my least favorite of her skins. Don't get me wrong, the skin is high quality, but it's not the same character I fell in love with, the thematic is completely different and not one I'm a fan of. Worst of all she doesn't even have a proper voiceover, which personally kills it for me.
It's a shame it and Arcade completely crowd out the rest of her cute skins completely out of attention, they're a bit overrated in my perspective.
Spirit Guard Udyr is fucking insane.
I like Ezreal's after the update, although I tend to use TPA more.

I only like the Sona one because of the ethereal beat is relaxing.
Otherwise they are all so so and I prefer legendary skins like primetime draven, surprise party fiddlesticks, final boss veigar, etc.

Ultimate skins take upwards of a year to develop, and there isn't always one in development at any given time. There's a reason why there hasn't been one this year.

Out of the four champs with the ultimate skins the only 1 i would ever play in a rank game is Ezreal. And i own both Sona/Lux ultimate skins.
Skins get made based on pickrate.
It's a sales tactic.
