EDIT: Also, if this is truely for account recovery purposes, then stating "around when silver kayle codes stopped" should be sufficient enough. It gives a specific enough timeframe that they would likely accept it.
If its public information it isnt relevant for account recovery purposes, just say around the time XY happend.
