Let me gift someone a Champion using BE

As I own all champions and have an excess of blue essence, I was looking to gift a friend, who had just started playing, some champions that they were interested in playing. However, I noticed that the only currency I am able to use for Champion gifting is RP.

Riot, this is really getting into EA territory of greed. Unlocking every champion is necessary when you consider trades and wanting to find the champion that really suits you. It took me almost 2 years to do it after I started playing and the champion pool has only increased since then. Please add the ability to gift Champions using BE.
