first off PBE accounts dont give you any credit if yo uwant to play day one champions in ranked prepare to be disappointed i ban every new champion for two weeks in ranked there is no excuse for them to be there in fact riot should follow suit and make sure new champions CANT be played in ranked i dont need first timers
second off if yo uwant to play the new character go to normal's stay out of ranked its that simple
