Olaf mini-rework like Voliber?

What if Olaf got the ability to store 2 charges of his q like rumble since he is a dual axe wielding?

Maybe increase cooldown a bit too if he’s going to be able to chuck 2 axes 1 after another. Keep cooldown reduction the same. Decrease base damage just slightly but give him better AD ratio just because I think that’s what he really needs for buff. Also maybe reduction on his slow is a great idea. Or maybe amount of time slowed.
