Problem purchasing RP

Hello, I cant purchase any RP for some reason. It gives me " You have encountered an error, please try again". I have sent a ticket in, but Im already waiting 2 days without any response. From what little I managed to google, I found some solutions with Internet Explorer which I tried, but it didnt work. Thanks for any helpful answers.
