If you can't reform when you got chat restricted or 14 days suspended, why even bother unbanning accounts?
Hell no. While I admit that some people could really use the motivational support in their reform, others truly don't deserve it. Some are bots. Some are bought accounts. Some could be stolen and irrecoverable by the original owners. There are too many reasons why some accounts need to stay banned.
Most people that get banned really deserved it tbh.
