You can't any of the 6300 champs because you keep getting 90 BE out of the capsules

Is it just me or are other people getting literally only 90 BE champs from capsules. Like I have a Jhin shard which is cool and all, but I only champs worth 90 BE every time I level up. I thought Riot said it was suppose to be easier to get champs?? I also recently got a rare honor capsule, and what do you know, more 90 BE champ shards... Riot, you seriously need to fix the champ worth rate drop in your level up capsules, cause even though the Jhin shard is worth less than the original price, it still feels like me and countless others are just climbing one steep hill, and once we finally get to the top, we pretty much have to start all over game. Every time I level up, I pray that I'll get a champ worth something that can help me get closer to the Jhin shard, but I keep getting disappointed, to the point where I don't even feel excited when I level up anymore, because I know, I'm only going to get 90 BE champ shards. Does anyone else have this problem as well? Or is it just me?

I got a Zoe shard one time

and my 2nd to last chest was a thresh shard

but I own all champs including zoe on release and have BE to spare

You should be getting enough of the 90 ones to disenchant them to be a minimum of 720 BE.

funny how this system came out right before the star wars loot crate fiasco

league turned into a similar slot machine progression system

i had all champs before the change, so getting new champs doesnt effect me as much, but its still pretty stupid, even though i own all champs, i feel like my BE pool has barely moved after 16 level ups so far, i only care because im hoping they throw in another urfwick level skin for a high price later like ufo corki or riot singed.

Problem for me is I bought all my cheaper champions first so now whenever I DO get an expensive champ to turn into essence, it ends up being one I don't have yet, meaning I can't disenchant it. I have like 2809 BE right now and I've been around that for a while. On PBE I remember getting multiple shards from leveling up. Here I only get one. Then there's the cheap ones I already own that give me really low essence. I don't think I'll EVER get all the champions considering the rate it's taking me to get ONE and the rate at which they release new ones.
