So I got to Gold IV and had honor lvl 4 and still didn't get the skin even I own Orianna. Why? This is my first comment and thats why I came here so if this is wrong please sorry. Should i report a bug?

They haven’t handed out all the rewards; I’m not sure anyone has them yet. Nobody in my circle of friends received their skin or icon yet

Well,i got the icons rewards,but i didnt get the orianna skin...Any ideas why this happened?
I got everything this morning while playing two games.
When i logged in,it showed me that i got gold icon and Victorious Orianna,then i checked my owned champions and Orianna wasn't there,i also checked ''Purchase history'' and i saw only icon there. :/
Yeah, I got my honor lvl 4 ward but not my Ori skin despite getting Gold V in September.
I still dont got the gold border

I ended up being Gold 1, now without banner, skin or border
i still havent gotten my skin or ward skin im gold 4 with honor 4. :(
