Champion Idea--Jungler

I personally really enjoyed having different buffs from jungling and would've liked to see those buffs translate to working on enemy champions. Hence my idea to have a jungler that adopts the spirit of jungle buffs of last season, and the cool mechanic Zoe has with one of her abilities changing depending on what summoner spell she picks up off the ground.

A jungler that gains an ability depending on what jungle monster was killed last. Different buffs for each main monster at the camp. Now what those abilities would be, I have no idea. Maybe increase potency if you were to kill 2 of the same camps, encouraging invades risk/reward. Thought it would be cool to have a jungler that dictated path based on what buff they would need or want to best gank against certain enemy team compositions etc.

The ability would always be attached to W for example. Maybe it is a gained passive or active. Example being: you killed wolves, gaining a passive movement speed and bleed on autos. (that sounds really OP but for example purposes). Gaining a buff that is characteristic of the jungle camp itself. Perhaps killing big monsters like rift herald and different dragons grants a very powerful ability that is one time use no Cooldown.

What would you guys think of something like that?

seems like a balancing nightmare, and if not then probably extremely underwhelming
