Lack Of Different Languages

I cannot be the only one who is frustrated about the lack of options anyone has when it comes to Languages in the game, I do not know what is so hard and wrong about having different languages in the game. Why can I not have french in the game just because I live in the US and play on its Server, its wrong and annoying to get around. It should be a given option for all supported languages, I don't mind the UI being in English but the charcter Voices should have optional Language options... So many other games are able to do this, FF14, Blade and Soul, Dota, etc. It just shouldn't be an issue to begin with, What are your thoughts?
