UI Feedback - failure to lock selection should NOT = dodge

If you select a champ, and the timer runs out, that should simply lock in the selected champ. If you don't make a ban selection, and the timer runs out, then that should count as 'no ban' selected. Basically, any time you've clearly made an allowable selection for the 'stage', then the timer should simply lock it in.

If there is some reason not to do that (I can't think of a single reason), then the UI indication should direct the user specifically to the action required, i.e. the button they need to push. Not general blinky-lights and the sound of doom, but the exact thing that you need to do but have forgotten for whatever reason (or simply don't realize you have to do, since there's no obvious reason why that step should be required to stay in the game).

As it stands, I'd say the UI in champ-select is misleading, and causes a lot of unintentional dodges.

Thoughts?
