Account hacked and later banned

My account was hacked and the hacker played 6 games on my account without my knowledge. I then tried to log on to learn that my account had been perma banned for "third party software use". I have never once used a third party software this was done by the person who had hacked my account. Id like to know if there is any way other than sending in support tickets so contact a riot employee to talk about my issue.
