I feel like he probably wouldn't pursue another relationship. If he had to get matched with someone, it'd probably be Vayne. Their hatred of all things ghoulish would be a good thing to bond over and they'd end up being partners/lovers like Lucian and Senna were.
Like Hotarm said, I don't think Lucian would pursue another relationship. It wouldn't be fair to Senna.
