WHERE IS CO-OP 3v3???

Dear Community, i am currently in a different Continent for the next Months so i cant play on the EUW server with thi Acc. (500ms). Now i created a new Acc on the Oceania Server, and ofc i want to get that acc to lvl 30 ASAP so i can play with other Players of the same Skill-lvl (ranked). Now i leveled the new Acc to lvl 12 and i still cant play Twisted Treeline co-op to get my XP more or less fast. Its not like i need 12 champs or smth its just non existing? Did it got removed or do i have some sort of Bug?

I checked on my other Accounts and this only seems to be an issue on the Oceania Server, on my lvl 15 Acc in EUW its normally playable, is there a certain Reason for this??? -ITS ONLY ON THE OCEANIA SERVER NON EXISTING-

It whould be great if you guys could upvote so this bug can be fixed ASAP*
