Nighttime Lag caused by Riot Route

For the past week or 2, I have noticed that between the hours of about 7PM-11PM (don't quote me on the time because I haven't been able to play that often but have noticed it during those times and not during morning on weekends), I have had pings well into the 100s and even hitting 200ms (normal pings are 30-35ms). My pings to google during that same time are 12-14ms. Tonight, I was going to log on and play a ranked game and decided to ping the NA servers before I tried it. Sure enough, I am around 135ms ping. I ran a tracert to see where the issue was occurring and I was shocked to find it was actually on Riot's own hops! Was anyone even aware of it? Can you guys please investigate this? (early route left out to keep anonymity).

This is still an issue for me. Opened a support ticket, but am I the only person that is seeing this?

im having lag from an unknown source, my ping looks fine

I have the same issue, and have also opened a support ticket. I can verify the same issues as you have reported, with the main lag coming from the ae35-chi01 leg...
