I get that first one quite often, and I've had the third one too. The scorecard bug is stupidly annoying.

Everyone runs into this. All 3 of these are connected together and come in a package. Just restart at the beginning and all those problems will be fixed. Haven't run into it recently but there was a stretch over a week or so where I got that in 1 out of every 3 games.
I usually resolve the first and the third bug by alt tabbing in and out, it's also what causes it.
Our client wasn't buggy enough, so we rebuilt this bad boy from the ground up and we implemented these bugs.

I get the 3rd bug sometimes. I think happens sometimes when I tab back into game right as it finishes loading the game. Or at least happens more when multitasking during the load.
If the symptoms are bad enough I just restart the game.
