Its probably the CS and deaths you gotten in the game. Especially with Tristana you should have a lot more CS since her passive i believe makes killing the last minion aoe damage! 4 deaths also doesnt help. But aside from that everything else looks good!

focus on farm if you want a s, throw the game if you have to riot doesnt care if you did good or even carried, if you get a score like 7/0 just farm lanes the entire game and ward as much as you can and you get a s really easily
