Xin Zhao or Master Yi?

I'm looking to practice some new champs and I've decided between Xin Zhao and Master Yi. I've tried looking up who's better but they're all from previous seasons. Does anybody know who's better off to learn this season?

Master Yi is good late game, Xin Zhao is hard to play against.

Xin is capable of actually carrying games against half-decent players without requiring nearly perfect gameplay

Yi's power level scales with the enemies' shitter levels

I recommend Xin, because he is a bit more utility. Master Yi fits people who are more intellegent and skillful than their current rank. (read they are 2 tiers higher)
