Loot System Reroll Question

I can't remember (and can't find the post) about their recent change to rerolling skins. Does anyone know if they took or put in the weighted system?
Basically, I have a bunch of Epic+ skin shards that I don't want. However, I don't want to reroll them since I'm sure I'll just trade 3 epic skin shards for a 520 legacy skin for a champion that I don't play.

Just curious as to if it's worth rerolling 1350+ shards now or just D/E them until you get a skin shard that you do want.

They took out the roll weighting, since most rerolled skins were 750 or less. That said, you should either keep or disenchant 975+ shards based on whether you want them or not.
