Why did lunar wraith morgana not receive the gold chroma for the year of the dog event? Caitlyn received one, and I feel like the lunar wraith skin for morgana has plenty of potential to become something really cool, like the kat gold chroma

I wanted the same, so I researched a bit. There are actually 21 previous Lunar Revel skins from the past. The "Golden" treatment was only given to one skin from each year...not sure how they chose.
