Urf the Manatee Warwick for 10 Gemstones?

Wouldn't be nice if Riot made this skin available for 10 Gemstones? Similar to Neo PAX Sivir. I know it will be sold in the pre-season for 150,000 blue essence (once the conversion of IP begins), but for some that goal is difficult to achieve who aren't IP dragon hoarders. However, I will admit getting 10 gemstones is difficult as well and not cheap Q.Q.... aren't they consider of equal value though? I hope Riot can consider this suggestion just to add a different way for those who want to get their hands on this skin, but barely have any IP.... >.>
