Characters rebranded into Juggernauts

With the release of the new Aatrox in patch 8.13, that makes two existing characters that have been rebranded via VGU's ( Urgot and now Aatrox ) into the Juggernaut subclass of Fighters. While I'm happy to see more champs added to my personal favorite group of champions, I have to dilute it with this slight bit of disappointment. It makes me fear that Riot isn't coming up with any new Juggernaut-style champ ideas for the NEW champions.

I know Riot has said that they would focus more on VGU's than new champs this year, I remember and fully understand that. But this will make it, as I said above, that both of the newest Juggernauts have come from VGU's, rather than NEW champions, since the Subclass idea was created back in 2016, and even in its update in May 2017.

Urgot's rework into his existing state as the Dreadnought was in Patch 7.15, released on July 26th 2017. (Funny bit of Trivia: This is roughly one month shy of a full year without a Juggernaut champion. Not complaining, just noticed it, that's all)

Aatrox's rework will release in patch 8.13 on June 27th 2018. My personal feelings on his new kit, lore and other aspects I will bring forward once I have been able to play it for myself (I don't have a PBE account, so I can't get on there to try him out).

With Aatrox's release, that will probably fill the "Juggernaut Quota" for another year, preventing us from seeing a new one come into the game for possibly another year. I could be wrong, as the next Champion Roadmap has not released, and we don't know what possible new champion may arise, and the next VGU's after Akali and Nunu. But still, it makes me kind of concerned.

Riot, I don't mind these "rebrandings" as I've called them of existing characters into the Juggernaut fold, I really don't. But I'm also excited to see what NEW types of our infamous Melee (Or in Urgot 's case, very low range) Titans could come in the future!

Targon, The Void, Ionia and Piltover all lack Juggernauts in their champion pools. It doesn't even have to be one to fill the gaps in these region's champion pools; it could be a new one from the existing ones; Demacia, Noxus, Zaun, Shurima or the Freljord. I'd just like to see an actual factual NEW Juggernaut!

Part of the problem IMO is that quite some champions on the tier 1 VGU list are already juggernauts and should keep this playstyle Mordekaiser DrMundo Volibear Udyr or their lore fantasy highly suggests that they should become juggernauts with their update. Urgot Aatrox Chogath

So naturally, the VGUs will have quite some juggernauts among them. It is the highest represented subclass in the tier 1 list.

And keep in mind: there are actually 12 different subclasses defined by Riot. Even if they would fairly rotate through all of them, there would be a gap of 2 years between juggernaut releases, if They keep up releasing 6 per year (which will actually go down a bit).

So yeah, we probably won't see many new juggernauts in the future soon. Especially since ideas for new juggernaut kits could possibly used for one of the rework candidates.

Part of the problem is in creating characters that fit the ideal of "easy to play, easy to master, high damage and defense, but low mobility" while keeping in mind the fact this is a PVP game, and the idea of a boss who can take on 3 enemies on a team of 5 alone doesn't work well for balance in a moba the way it does in an rpg.
