Will Riot ever do something about this?

Like what message does this send to the rest of your playerbase? Troll like him, mute him and waste your time, or flame him and get chat banned, or afk and take low priority queue. What do you expect your player base to do? And when someone sends in VIDEO footage of this guy trolling they send back a generic message and dont do anything to the account.

Like seriously at this point, Im really beginning to wonder why even take this game seriously in any aspect. Play to troll, play to make your teammates rage quit or bait them into getting banned is so much better. Because playing the game to win with 5 competent teammates is extremely rare. On top of that this guy decided to troll because we wouldnt agree with him and call our adc dogshit. Like what? Will Riot ever do something about this?
