Cheap laptop that can run the game smoothly on lowest settings

I'm looking for a laptop so I can play league or do other things if I'm not able to get to my PC. Since this is pretty much only for LoL, I don't want to buy a full gaming laptop. Im looking for a laptop, preferably under 250, that can run the game on lowest settings with the fps still playable. I'm not asking for 100+ fps, but somewhere between 40-60 would be nice. I could care less about battery life or keyboard, since I could just plug it in when I'm using it, or hook up another keyboard.

I used to use an HP Notebook before I got my Macbook. It ran like 30-40ish FPS during laning phase and in the mid 20s during teamfights. It was alright as a starting laptop and I dont even think that I used the lowest settings and it was still okay. I would never go back to it though, my Macbook has spoiled me lol. Idk about the cost but it wasnt terribly expensive if I remember correctly. Takes a really long time to load into games though
