2017 MacBook Pro lag spike

For 2 months, I've been having lag spikes with my 2017 MacBook Pro. Although it is once every 5 min, it is consistently appearing every game every day, and sometimes on crucial moments. My average ping is 65 ms, but it sometimes spikes to 200 or 300, then it slowly returns. The weird thing is my brother, who has a MacBook Air, does not suffer this problem nor my other brother, so it is not my internet. This Is really stressing me out, as I don't want to play lol with lag forever. anyone have this issue?
