Client bug looooooop

i was just trying to play some league but every time i tried to launch after champion select it would crash over and over and saying it made a dump file for the devs welp idk how to open it i cant find the software for my laptop C:\Users\Biser\AppData\Local\Temp\PKM10F.tmp
