I am writing during my dodge timer. I have so many issues I don't know where to start.

New Matchmaking : I am not sure this whole autofill for autofill system is working. Instead of something positive, I am getting the requested position in the filled position. For instance I just dodged because of an Aphelios top (also a toxic adc who is already titled pregame lobby).

New Ranking System: I can't stress this enough but whoever was responsible pissed alot of people off. So many post about people being placed a whole elo below last season, myself included is irratating. As a subtopic to this, it is impossible to get out of bronze now. I have been in bronze 3 into 2 promos twice now, after being in bronze 4 to 3 promos multiple times. I climb without trouble and then...

Ranking Matchmaking: I get afk, feeder, as smurfs in my lane during my promos. I was a 5 win streak (?) playing a mixture of champs, promos happen and I get a smurf who is without a doubt at a higher skill level than the peers and was duoing with another obvious smurf. Why is this happening during promos? The second time in promos, an afk rengar top. Again during promos.

This is causing so much frustration among myself and my regular duo that we have considered playing a new game. Riot what is going on?
