Rant incoming: Played against new irelia for the first time so I looked up her new skills

Wtf it's literally a fucking essay, why is riot so anal about giving every fucking ability a million different conditional effects? There's 130 fucking champions I don't want to learn another 3 fucking champions in 1 just so your champion designer can feel like he's doing something special.

Also why does corruption potion irelia instagib me at level 3 as morde near creeps? Like wtf, it seems like every new champion has to have the ability to outplay everybody else, which means the only way to outplay them is by letting them beat themselves, so if the enemy picks one of Riot's favorite champions you basically have zero initiative for the entire game.

Is this supposed to be fun? Maybe it's supposed to balance out with the last game where I got put against klepto Illaoi because yeah that makes sense an Illaoi that can't fight anybody using klepto because klepto is so useful if she can't fight you. Spent the entire laning phase just standing between her and the creep wave. Wow! Man that game was fun too. I sure outplayed them during champion select.
