CANT FIND NEW RUNES IN PBE ANYMORE WHY?

Yes, it's bug that causes the old masteries/runes become active instead while caps lock is on.

Idk i have the same thing and i really wanted to play with them ;n;

New Runes will make a triumphant return on Tuesday, October 24th, 2017

You should try looking at the PBE forums every once in a while, this took like 4 seconds to find. This patch cycle is winding down, they're taking down everything not going to live in 7.21
