His E only blocks in 1 direction.

Though I still think giving it full invulnerability is too much especially since it's a basic spell. Give it a threshold or partial invulnerability or something.

I'm not worried about the rest of Panth's new kit tho.

So everyone else gets 3 attacks before something happens, he gets 5. Nice balance / consistency. Shows which champ you want to stay useless.

It looks like it's his only real defensive tool as a melee diver with no reliable escape.
