Why am I losing more LP and gain less even though i dont go on losing streaks.

So last year I uninstalled this game for a few months and about 2 weeks ago i decided to start playing ranked again, I got placed bronze 3 and decided I wasnt going to stay in that rank, now that 2 weeks have passed I am silver 2 and am curious on why i am all of a sudden gaining 18 lp and losing 20 instead of the usual 20-22 lp gain and 17 lp loss. if you were to look in my match history the longest losing streak I have ever gotten is like 3 or 4 games, and i have like a 60% winrate. I am so confused on why this is happening and would like this issue to be cleared up for me, thanks in advanced!
