Night and Dawn: Mecha Kingdoms

As the title may show, i was wondering if Mecha Kingdoms Garen prestiged edition would be available with Night and Dawn tokens. I play a ton of Garen and not so much Lee Sin, I have the 2k points to buy something but I just wanted to be sure they were not making Garen purchasable with these points prior to me dumping them on a skin i will use much less. One other event earlier this season the skin available changed mid event and I wanted to ensure this was not the case this time.
