How do I not get tilted by team mates?

It feels like I can't do anything some times. I just got out of a game with a Rengar AP top with Grasp and Precision, went 3/15 at 25 minutes, didn't help any other lane, and when the enemy was in our base he said "why defend and clear minions we lost".

Game right before this, was playing with a Nasus with 200 stacks at 35 minutes that was 0/10, while our bottom lane Karma support was 1/15.

Game right before that, in champ select, our jungler wanted to chose Garen (Yes, garen jg) (while he had an 8% win rate with Garen with like 16 games played) and then flamed our entire team the entire game when we all asked him to switch to a real jungler.

I've really been trying to not get tilted, and if someone on my team feeds and it's just a bad game it's fine, but when all these people have ZERO clue how to play their champions, play champs with a less than 10% win rate in ranked, or straight up admit they don't even really want to win, it makes me want to just throw my monitor out the window.

I've lost 5 ranked games in a row, and I've went positive in all of them except 1.

i mean that winrate is questionable and you could have just taken the 3 lp loss and dodged that, but dont be an asshole just because of the pick.

there are people who make jungle garen work quite well. look at it like shyvana. she doesnt have much cc to contribute on a gank either, yet shes still a decent meta jungler. they both play pretty similar. in that sense garen has a slightly slower clear, but contributes more than her to lock down enemies on a gank in return.

and lets be honest, youre playing around bronze/silver mmr. anything can work down there. jungle garen isnt so outlandish to go on tilt because of it.
