when Nocturn Ults why doesn't Leona glow?

Being that she is the Aspect of the Sun and all. (Even Diana should have a tiny little glow)I mean I understand that there are little Easter Eggs in the game like everyone with sunglasses taking only 1 hp less of damage from Leo or Zyra growing a bit (ivern and mao should too imo) so, why can't she glow a little bit in noc's ult as well?
