ARAM's level you up pretty fast. The fastest way is twisted treeline flex. There were people lvl 100 after a couple weeks of 24/7 playing rotation between 3 people.

You will get the most XP for wins and first win of the day. Losing games will earn you around 70-90 XP per game but a win will win you well over 200. If you are really dreading it you can buy an XP boost with RP.

This might be a pretty late response, but here's the answer to everyone who sees this.

1. Buy both WIN and DAY XP Boosts for maximum affect.
2. Grind ONLY AI Twisted Treeline games. I recommend doing this with friends or players who already have experience powerleveling.
3. The best summoner spells to use would be Smite and Teleport. You need Smite to push lanes faster, or to gain health from jungle camps. Teleport is obviously used to get back to land to end games quicker.
