(Reasonable) Suggestion for Garen mini-rework that I feel is necessary for his relevancy/healthiness

I am a Garen main who has LOVED playing garen every since I started playing League of Legends. I am VERY expierenced on the champion and very strong with him, because I have so much knowledge on him, I tend to play him a little differently than most players (i.e. I run predator runes, I play him mid lane, and I buy trinity force nearly every game and sometimes Yomuus if I'm ahead). But I do play him with the traditional grasp runes top lane sometimes. I do not want this rework to make him to weaker or vulnerable. In the rework, riot will nerf his W, and I do feel that this nerf IS NECESSARY, because otherwise he will be way to strong, especially in low elo. But I do feel like nerfing the max stacks for his magic resist is a little too much. My suggestion is that riot keeps the armor stack nerf of 30 (.25 per unit killed), but to KEEP the 50 max Magic resist stacks (.33 per unit killed), just like the way it is with live garen. The great thing about live garen is that since I can stack up 50 MR, then I don't ususally have to buy a magic resist item other than merc treads, and then that will lead to more variety in items later in the game rather than having to get an MR item every game. Let me say this, the 50 stacks of MR is NOT overpowered, but it is just a perk that garen has, just like many other champions have their own perks. The other thing is that there are really no MR items that synergize well with garen. I mean Spirit visage does help with his passive, but that makes it basically a "retreating" item. It does not have the same huge perks it does on people like mundo, darius, volibear, etc. And I feel like Riot coming out with an AD/Health or/and ASPD/MR item would be too strong, not just for garen, but for other juggernauts as well. Garen has no in-combat sustain like these champions I just mentioned, and many other juggernauts/bruisers. Since he doesn't have this in-combat sustain, the 50 stacks of MR keep him strong and durable during fights. This is why I feel like they should keep the 50 max stacks of MR, but still follow through with the nerf on the armor stacks. I feel like it would be a lot healthier for the champion and will result in more relevancy and more variety in offensive/defensive builds for him.
Let me know what you guys think, I am open for discussion!

I think it’s better to keep that buff in mind in case he turns out weak. For now, let him settle into the new playstyle.
